Mark Manson can be quite crude, vulgar and he certainly doesn’t give a f*ck.

But with most things in life that bring true value, you have to dig a little bit deeper and look below the surface.

The book has many golden nuggets to offer, but overall it’s about finding what is truly important to you and letting go of the things that don’t matter.
